Extension Architecture are looking for a knowledgeable, qualified and driven ARB Architect to join their team in London! The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering residential architecture projects, including new-build developments, extensions, loft conversions, and refurbishments.
The role requires a strong understanding of UK planning policies, building regulations, and project coordination, with the ability to lead projects from feasibility and concept design through planning approval and technical development.
About the company: Extension Architecture is one of the leading Architecture firms. BIM experience is essential. Excellent knowledge of UK planning legislation, permitted development rights, and building regulations is required.
