Ops Specialist

Ops Specialist

Full-Time On-site
[

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Ops Specialist to help keep Arc running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll look after member admin, from checking documents and ID to resolving verification issues and replying to members, and support the wider operations team on whatever helps our doctors, nutritionists and personal trainers focus on care.

It’s a hands-on, varied role. You’ll be the person members hear from when something needs sorting, and someone the team relies on to get things done properly. As Arc grows, there’s plenty of room to take on new areas and grow with us.

  • Join a fast-growing healthtech startup early and see how it’s built from the inside.
  • Clear processes and training from day one, so you can do the job well quickly.
  • Work alongside doctors, nutritionists and personal trainers on something that genuinely helps people.
  • Paid £13.45 an hour (the Real Living Wage), with steady weekly hours.

What you will do

  • Review members’ medical documents and file them accurately against the right record
  • Resolve ID verification issues quickly, kindly and by the book
  • Reply to member queries in our support inbox, and pass anything clinical to the right person in the care team
  • Help keep member records, appointments and care-team admin up to date
  • Support day-to-day operations, such as scheduling, data checks, onboarding new care team members and tracking tasks to completion
  • Spot patterns in what members ask, and help us fix the cause rather than the symptom
  • Help write and improve the processes and guides you use
  • Get involved in new operational projects and support areas as the team grows

What we are working

  • Clear, friendly written English.
  • Accurate, with a real eye for detail.
  • Trustworthy with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Happy following a process, and confident suggesting a better one.
  • Calm and kind when someone is worried or frustrated.
  • Comfortable using apps, inboxes and digital tools every day.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer support, admin or healthcare administration.
  • Experience handling ID checks, documents or other sensitive data.
  • Comfortable working with automation and AI tools.

Recent graduates and early-career applicants are welcome.

Our process is a short intro call, a written task (about 60 minutes, using made-up examples) and a final interview. We aim to finish within 7 days.
