POST Rehabilitation and Wellness offers PT/OT/SLP services and is proud to be an Outpatient Therapy provider focused on providing care to the Adult and Adolescent demographic. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team supporting individuals with special needs. This position offers consistent hours, flexibility, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
About the Role:
- POST Rehabilitation and Wellness partners with an organization that supports individuals with special needs through a structured day program and group home settings.
- Therapy services are primarily provided at one central day program location, with additional opportunities to provide services in nearby group homes.
- The day program operates Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed).
- Residents are transported from their group homes (approximately 10 minutes away).
- There are 10 group homes, all within 10 minutes of each other.
- Patients remain on caseload long-term while residing in the group home.
- All therapy services provided are maintenance therapy.
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Patients are typically seen onsite at the day program during weekday hours.
- PRN role with consistent and predictable opportunities for hours.
- Hours starting at 10-20 hours per week with increase up to 40 hours per week, if desired.
- Opportunity for growth into a Full-Time position with benefits.
- Each location is independently operated with local leadership and no corporate red tape.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Outpatient experience is preferred, though this position is open to COTAs at all experience levels. New Grads Welcome!
