The Company: Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies, T/O cGBP100m, who design, install and maintain commercial M&E services.

PPM / General Maintenance Operative Commercial FM Covering in and around Manchester. Up to GBP17.55 per hour plus OT at x 1.5 & x 2 + Paid Travel at 1.5.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Organise and deliver electrical and mechanical PPM, in‑line with an agreed planner: emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, filter changes.
  • Ensure PPM compliance is maintained, and all certification and frequencies are met in‑line with the planner.
  • Deliver great customer service and maintain an excellent working relationship with the clients.
  • Hold a good knowledge of Health & Safety to ensure safe delivery of work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A solid all‑rounder with experience in commercial FM or building maintenance.
  • An Electrical or Mechanical Commercial qualification (it doesn’t matter if you are not fully qualified).
  • UK driving licence holder & eligible to work in the UK.

  • Base salary of GBP34,403 – GBP36,504 on a 40‑hour week.
  • All travel is paid at time and a half.
