Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be assisting their client in the search for an M&E Consultant to join a growing built asset consultancy team, delivering condition surveys and technical advisory services across a varied property portfolio. This role is well suited to a building services professional with experience in asset surveying and lifecycle assessment, looking to develop within a consultancy environment focused on data-led decision making and asset performance.
You will play a key role in capturing and analysing M&E asset condition data, supporting clients with long-term asset management and investment planning.
The Role
- Carry out M&E condition and stock surveys across a range of assets
- Capture asset data using tablet-based systems and reporting tools
- Identify building services systems, assess condition and remaining life
- Support delivery of lifecycle and asset management strategies
- Attend pre-survey meetings and liaise with client representatives
- Contribute to procurement and contractor management processes
- Work closely with internal project and cost teams
About You
- HNC or equivalent in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Around 2 years’ experience assessing M&E asset condition
- Background in surveying, FM, maintenance or site-based engineering
- Comfortable using digital data capture tools and reporting systems
- Strong understanding of building services systems and asset lifecycle
- Working towards professional membership such as ACIBSE, MIET or equivalent
