Building Restorations Ltd is a high quality building contractor. We specialise in traditional buildings but cover all aspects of construction from listed properties to bespoke new-builds throughout the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. We are looking for a General Builder to join our ever-growing, well-established team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years trade experience along with a can-do attitude, high attention to detail and the ability to work closely with other trades.
Our knowledgeable and skilled team enables us to work on unique, specialist projects creating luxury properties all within local commute from our office based in Cambridge Mills, Gloucestershire. This vacancy is for a long term, permanent position, requiring you to work across multiple large scale, high-end projects alongside a range of trades. Our aim is to make homes beyond the client's expectation.

Experience/Qualifications
- Essential:
- 3 Years trade experience
- A full UK driving licence (Many of our projects are in rural locations so transport is essential)
- Willingness to adapt to daily requirements
- Flexibility to work alongside and assist other trades as required.
- Ability to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining a positive and pro-active attitude to high standards of health & safety.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team, building a positive and supportive environment.
- Reliable and punctual
- Polite and courteous
- Attention to detail
- Own tools are an advantage
- Multi-skilled capability to assist other trades onsite and progress projects as needed.
Benefits
- Salary: £15-£17 per hour subject to experience

- Hours; 07:30–16:30 Monday to Thurs, 07:30-16:00 Friday (42hrs/week)
