We are looking for a resilient and compassionate Team Leader to join a specialist Rough Sleeper Outreach Service supporting adults experiencing homelessness across Dorset. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated outreach team delivering person-centred, trauma-informed support to individuals with complex needs, helping them move towards sustainable independence and improved wellbeing.

The Role

As Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of outreach services, ensuring high-quality support is provided to people who may be experiencing homelessness, mental ill-health, substance misuse, domestic abuse, or involvement with the criminal justice system. You will play a key role in motivating staff, coordinating support services, and building strong partnerships with local agencies and stakeholders.
