About the Role As a CYP Worker, you will provide therapeutic support and practical guidance to children and young people experiencing mental health distress within a non-clinical environment.
You will work collaboratively with families, professionals, and partner agencies to help young people build resilience, improve wellbeing, and access appropriate support services.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering one-to-one emotional support and wellbeing interventions.
Supporting children and young people in crisis using trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
Respond and effectively manager all new and current referrals.
Developing support plans tailored to individual needs.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
