Job Description
- Promote social inclusion, and independence.
- Lead this charity adult drug and alcohol treatment service in South Gloucestershire to ensure its operational effectiveness and embed a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Promote and represent the interests of this charity and its client group, and work in partnership with other agencies to meet the needs of the client group and the community.
- Lead the recruitment process, and support staff through appraisals, supervisions, and coaching.
- Ensure the continual development of the service in line with strategic objectives, missions aims, and with the clients at the forefront of decisions.
- Liaise with stakeholders, commissioners, and partners.
  Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Â
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Specialised training or certifications in healthcare management or service delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
