Are you an experienced Project Manager / Contract Manager with experience of Retrofit and Decarbonisation Works? My client has an immediate opportunity in the Bristol area for a Project Manager to join their Decarbonisation Team on an initial interim basis. The successful applicant will manage several projects simultaneously, ensuring contractor performance against agreed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Work with consultants and contractors to ensure the delivery of sustainability retrofit projects on time, budget and to a high standard of quality in accordance with PAS2035.
- Deliver a high-quality service to customers demonstrated by high levels of satisfaction for each project.
- Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, contract partnerships and supply chain to ensure contractual, procurement, statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the effective delivery of projects to customers of all tenures.
- Take the role as Client in line with the CDM Regulations.
- Represent the department by promoting positively the performance of the Investment team to all stakeholders and partner agencies.
- Take responsibility for the management of consultants working on allocated sustainability projects.
- Provide technical advice to colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold CIOB, Degree or HNC or relevant qualification and/or management experience.
