Are you a Planned Maintenance Surveyor, seeking your next contract in the Hampshire area? The successful applicant will be responsible for external planned maintenance programmes including improvements and major repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Part of the planned maintenance team you will deliver a wide range of planned maintenance programmes of work, consisting of improvements, major repairs, compliance.
  • Responsible for taking works from feasibility, investigation onto development of a proposal through to delivery, hand over and finally to completion of the defects.
  • You will procure, coordinate and project manage the complete process.
  • Undertake tender processes to appoint appropriate contractors for works.
  • Manage contracts / agreements, undertaking the Contract Administrator role, which include duties such as monitoring the quality of works; management of health and safety; management of programme timeline; valuations and budget reports.
  • Ensure works are completed in accordance with statutory requirements, regulations and relevant procedures.
  • Engage with building professionals, engineers and consultants, instructing and interpreting their reports and findings supporting the delivery of complex and cyclical projects and works.

Requirements

  • Full Driving Licence.
  • HNC/HND – experience in building construction, building maintenance or project management.
