WORKING PATTERN: 3 x 7.5-hour shifts, Monday–Sunday, between 8am and 9pm

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team at our supported living service in Newquay, supporting customers who may experience challenging behaviour associated with mental ill health and alcohol and substance misuse. This is a rewarding role where you will provide person-centred support, build positive relationships and help customers work towards greater stability and independence. You will need to be compassionate, resilient and confident when working in challenging situations, while always maintaining a professional and positive approach.
