Working in the Tenancy Service, including providing intensive housing management to residents to maintain their accommodation.
You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive tenancy and estate management service to tenants, working directly with them to ensure they adhere to the terms of their tenancy agreement and investigate issues as they arise.
You’ll also carry out a full range of Estate Management tasks, including inspections, visits, meetings and partnership work.
Main duties will include:
- Lettings and allocations

- Tenancy sustainment
