Housing ManagerPermanentSouth Devon£47,689 per annumAn excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well respected Social Housing Provider in South Devon, on a permanent basis in a newly created role following a restructure of servicesYou will be responsible for managing a team of Housing Officers to ensure a high standard of service for customers. Working closely with other managers across the organisation to ensure all tenancies are compliant in relation to Fire Risks, gas and electrical tests, stair lifts, asbestos, air source heat pumps and legionella.  You will be coaching, mentoring, and training your team to ensure frontline housing services staff provide an effective response to; tenancy breaches, domestic abuse, safeguarding issues and a joined-up response to community safety matters.  You will lead on ASB and Tenancy Management and ensure colleagues across the team are trained, coached and mentored accordingly.  You will be responsible for representing the organisation at Court in relation to tenancy related matters including ASB and neighbour disputes  To find out more about this opportunity, please apply via this site or contact specialist social housing recruiter, Mark Grove, on
