Floating Support Worker LOCATION:                BristolSALARY:                    £12.92 + Holiday Pay or £14.48 Inclusive PAYE                                    £15 – 16 UmbrellaDURATION:temp 3 months +Hours:                        37.5 – between 9am – 5pm   Additional information: Our client, an award-winning charity is looking for agency staff to work across their Winter surge team. This is a scheme ran alongside the LA to ensure rough sleepers have somewhere safe to sleep during the winter months. You will be working across X2 properties in Bristol city centre to ensure support is provided to vulnerable individuals.  The Role:

• Both roles are working with clients who are homeless and have been placed in to temporary/emergency accommodation by the Bristol city council.
• The hotel role is under the winter surge scheme in hotels within Bristol
• The support worker will need to support the clients who have multiple complex needs to stay in their temp accommodation
• Create risk assessments and safety plans, making sure the client remains safe in their acc.
• Accessing adult social care where needed and clients who live in the community looking at move-on plans
• Accessing all support networks and especially health services, applying for benefits, and working closely with the Bristol city council around move on
