BRC are working closely with a local authority in Cheltenham. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing fire doors and their installations, primarily across communal areas and occasionally within residential properties. Your assessments will play a key role in ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and maintaining high safety standards across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out fire door inspections and general fire risk assessments
- Evaluate the condition and compliance of fire doors and associated installations
- Document findings accurately and make practical recommendations for remediation

Requirements:
