Role Type: Temp 3 months + temp to perm available

Hours: 37.5 hours

Salary: £13.03 + Holiday PAYE or £15.95 UMBRELLA

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join a team leading complex needs support charity in Dorset. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in the local community. As a Contract worker, you will be responsible for providing personalised support and assistance to individuals, helping them navigate the challenges they face around mental health and housing and empowering them to achieve their goals.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Manage a caseload of complex needs clients including mental health, housing, etc.
  • Co-produce comprehensive assessments such as support plans and risk assessments.
  • Income maximisation
  • Multi-agency work with key stakeholders such as substance misuse teams, mental health teams, etc.
  • Develop knowledge of community resources, and signpost to other services in community that can aid in recovery/journey.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in social work, community development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the non-profit or social services sector, with a deep understanding of the local community's needs
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others and a commitment to the values of the organisation.
