We are recruiting for a Youth Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting young people aged 16β25 within a supported accommodation service. Working within a strengths-based environment, you will provide person-centred support to young people experiencing homelessness, helping them build confidence, develop essential life skills, sustain their accommodation and move towards greater independence. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference by building trusted relationships, supporting young people to overcome barriers, and helping them achieve positive, long-term outcomes.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Provide one-to-one key worker support to young people aged 16β25.
