We have an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team supporting vulnerable people affected by or at risk of homelessness, substance and alcohol misuse, mental health illness and re-offending. To be a successful relief support worker you’ll need:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable people in project-based settings, helping overcome challenges.
  • Strong communication.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Proactive nature.
  • To be able to encourage and promote a safe environment for young people.

Preferred but not essential:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Access to own vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Offer direct support to vulnerable individuals.
