HOURS: 22.5 hours 06:30 - 13:00

SALARY: £12.61 + Holiday

As an Assertive Outreach Support Worker, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to empower and support individuals in need. This temporary role, based in Yeovil, offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of the community.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proactively engage with individuals in known hotspots, building trust and rapport to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Coordinate and deliver tailored support services, ensuring seamless access to resources and opportunities.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients, navigating complex systems and advocating for their rights and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and coordinating efforts to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.
  • Signpost and support to access community resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in the social care or support services sector, with a demonstrated commitment to empowering individuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, coupled with the resilience to navigate challenging situations.
