We are currently recruiting for a Social Housing Lettings Officer with experience of working on the Devon Homechoice Choice Based Lettings system. You will be responsible for providing and delivering a high quality allocations service to prospective and existing tenants who need housing via Devon Home Choice, in accordance with policy and procedures whilst ensuring KPIs are met.

You will ensure that customers who are to be re-housed have their housing and support needs assessed and met to promote sustainable tenancies and communities.

You should have previous experience of using Devon Homechoice for a Housing Association or Local Authority.
