Job Title: Surveyor Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months Location: Blaenau Gwent Salary: £40,607 per annum Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week BRC are working closely with a housing association in Blaenau Gwent who are recruiting for a Surveyor. This role is responsible for the provision of Surveying services within the Assets and Data Team. Duties: Assist with implementation of the Asset Management Strategy including options appraisals and financially viable innovative design solutions in line with the “Asset Management Strategic Approach” including statutory and Duty of Care compliance. Inspection of assets and the application of standards to informed actions. Including but not limited to Health Safety, WHQS, HHSRS, FFHH, Section 11 Landlord and Tenant Act, Section 4 Defective Premises Act. Inspect domestic properties and Carry out energy surveys and stock condition surveys. Diagnose building defects and schedule appropriate remedial works.
