Job Title: Scheduler Type: Permanent Location: Bracknell Salary: Up to £27,855 per annum, depending on experience Hours: Full-time BRC are working closely with a leading housing organisation to recruit a Customer Safety Administrator to join their Homecare team in Bracknell. This role provides full and effective administrative support across key areas of Fire Safety, Asbestos, Lifting and Water Safety , while supporting the delivery of customer safety programmes and ensuring accurate reporting and data management. Duties: Coordinate access appointments for Customer Safety programmes and risk assessments. Manage and prioritise customer and colleague enquiries via email, telephone and internal systems. Review digital workstreams, identifying and escalating priorities. Support annual programmes of work and recommendations from risk assessments. Allocate work, raise jobs and purchase orders, and liaise with internal and external customers. Produce regular assurance reports and support KPI reporting.
