BRC are working closely with a leading housing provider to recruit a skilled Painter and Decorator. You will cover the South East - Bracknell, Windsor, Slough, Ascot and surrounding areas. You'll play a vital role in tackling damp and mould issues across the properties. From carrying out mould treatments and ventilation surveys to completing high-quality redecoration work, you'll make a real difference to customers every day.
Duties:
- Carrying out mould treatments, ventilation surveys and associated decorating works.
- Delivering a high-quality, right-first-time service in customers' homes.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the work and providing an excellent customer experience.
- Managing materials effectively and working efficiently to complete jobs safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and improve our homes.
Requirements:
- You'll be a positive, reliable and customer-focused individual who takes pride in their work.
- You'll enjoy building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and you'll always look for ways to deliver the best possible service.
- A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll also take part in our out-of-hours call-out rota.
