Safe storage/administration of medication in line with policy and legislation.
Completing health and safety checks and handover notes, and supporting a smooth handover between shifts.

- Permanent position (Days: full-time hours; Waking Nights: 35 hours per week)

What We're Looking For:
- Current registration (or willingness to register) with Social Care Wales
- QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People), or working towards
- Experience working within safeguarding frameworks and understanding the impact of trauma on children and young people
- A full UK driving licence
- Applicants must be aged 22+ (exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
- Enhanced DBS check required
