Building Recruitment Co Ltd is recruiting Female Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs) to support high‑risk survivors across South Gloucestershire and Bristol. Opportunities for both qualified IDVAs and experienced Support Workers, including those with mental health or safeguarding backgrounds, are welcomed.
You will provide outreach and community‑based support, working with Police, MARAC and partner agencies to enhance safety, confidence and independence for survivors.
