As our International Account Executive, you'll be stepping in at the ground floor of a global expansion that’s already picking up steam. Building Radar has secured a solid foothold in both the US and UK markets—and now, with our recent Series A funding, we’re ready to ignite even faster growth. Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and North America, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Engage prospects through compelling presentations and demonstrations, positioning Building Radar’s solutions as essential for their success.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to guarantee seamless onboarding and superior customer experiences.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, promoting continued growth through targeted cross‑selling and upselling initiatives.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, actively contributing to our overall revenue goals and long‑term strategic planning.
- Demonstrate a high willingness to travel in support of business development, client meetings, and market expansion opportunities.
Your profile
- You are a sales professional with at least two years of experience in SaaS sales and a track record of over‑achieving targets.
- You have some experience in the start‑up scene, the construction industry or in consulting.
- You are experienced in handling complex B2B buying centres and have a value‑based selling mentality.
- You have a high level of business acumen and the necessary social skills to navigate complex buying centres and senior decision makers.
- You are highly self‑motivated and entrepreneurial and enjoy taking on challenges.
- Prior experience in the US is a large positive.
- High willingness to travel.
