We want to be known for offering an account service unlike any other in the industry, taking the hassle, pressure and stress out of ordering materials, and generating customers who grow with us. There is uncapped commission and you really do get out what you put in!
You will start with a short-term training period where you will be taken through our operating systems and sales processes. Within a short period of time, you will be developing your own customer base and building relationships to nurture your long-term earning potential. In your first months, you will be mentored by experienced sales managers and a sales coach who will train you on all aspects of the account management role. We have industry leading standards to maintain, and this role will be at the forefront. Every member of the sales team is focused on their own individual targets which means you are in charge of your own earnings with the support of a team around you.
Key components of the role include:
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries from existing or new clients.
- Calling out to new or existing clients to generate opportunities and grow your customer base.
- Face to face meetings and entertainment with clients.
- Working towards specific sales targets including revenue, margin and outbound calls.
- Handling the sales process from start to finish, negotiating with customers and suppliers.
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

- Competent computer skills (Salesforce and SAP experience desired).
