Due to continued contract growth, we’re looking for an experienced Electrician to join our expanding team. The Role
Working across domestic and commercial properties, primarily within social housing and reactive maintenance contracts, you’ll carry out:
- Fault finding and electrical repairs
- EICRs, testing and remedial works
- Consumer unit replacements
- Minor installations
- Void property upgrades
- Planned maintenance
- Digital job reporting using handheld devices
You’ll work independently while liaising closely with planners, supervisors and other trades to deliver a high-quality service.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in domestic electrical maintenance
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to work independently
Desirable
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- ECS/CSCS Card
- Social housing or repairs & maintenance experience
- Experience using handheld job management systems
- Multi-trade skills
