Package:
- £42,000 - £46,000 basic salary

Working Pattern & Location:
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours
- Regular overtime opportunities, including evening/weekend/on-call availability
- Local work across Edinburgh & surrounding areas, based out of Sighthill Industrial Estate, Edinburgh
The Role:
Working across domestic properties, primarily within social housing and reactive maintenance contracts, you'll carry out:
- Rewiring - full and partial rewires
- Fault finding and electrical repairs
- EICRs, testing and remedial works
- Consumer unit replacements
- Minor installations
- Void property upgrades
- Planned maintenance
- Digital job reporting using handheld devices
You'll work as part of a team of electricians, reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, covering Edinburgh and surrounding areas, working independently day-to-day while liaising closely with planners, supervisors and other trades to deliver a high-quality service.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential:
- Gold ECS Card
- Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in domestic electrical maintenance and rewiring
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to work independently
- Must possess C&G 2382 18th Edition Qualification
- Desirable:
- Social housing or repairs & maintenance experience
- Experience using handheld job management systems
