Job type: Full time, permanent contract

Responsibilities

  • Lead key design decisions and drive high‑quality concepts from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate creatively with a multidisciplinary team, initiating concepts and guiding the team’s delivery.
  • Mentor team members and take responsibility for their design output.
  • Lead the collaboration process with internal and external professionals to deliver highly coordinated solutions.
  • Manage engagement processes with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years post‑qualification experience in residential design as an ARB Senior Qualified Architect.
  • Demonstrable technical and software proficiency with a portfolio showcasing excellent design across relevant projects.
  • Strong briefing, concept development and implementation skills.
  • Experience leading stakeholder engagement and managing tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and collaborative teamwork skills at all organisational levels.
  • Proficient in BIM environments (Revit preferred); experience with InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint and SketchUp is desirable.
