We are seeking to appoint a Group Benefits Administrator to support the HR team in executing the day-to-day duties of the function. The role is part of our HR team based in Manchester city centre.
Your key duties will include:
- Administration of employee benefits including liaising with suppliers, updating internal systems, and dealing with employee queries.
- Administration of Pension schemes across the BDP Group, including the automatic enrolment.
- Assisting with research and implementation of changes to any benefits offered by BDP Group Companies.
- Assistance with BDP Group insurance renewals (i.e. Private Medical Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Life Insurance and Prolonged Disability Insurance).
- Administration of Expression of Wish Forms.
- Making the appropriate checks for new joiners going into the benefit schemes, including ongoing National Minimum Wage checks.
- Payroll benefits tracking – monthly reports and selections and sending finalised figures to Payroll team.
- Carrying out audit checks on all changes made to the HR/Payroll system ensuring accurate records for both payroll and job costing information.
- Maintenance of the Employee Benefits platform (Flexsme) and managing the BDP Benefits inbox.
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as requested.
About you:
- Proven IT skills – specifically Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables etc).
- Proven organisational skills and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Deadline driven with a can-do attitude to pro-actively see a task through and manage workload.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
