Due to continued expansion, we are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated BMS Controls Engineer (Ideally Tridium Biased) to join our established team at Building Controls Specialists Ltd (BCS). This role offers the chance to work across a variety of dynamic and technically advanced projects—from large-scale installations to service-based assignments—delivering a well-rounded and rewarding engineering experience.

What You’ll Be Doing- Programming and commissioning BMS systems (with a focus on Tridium and Trend)
- Producing software, creating BMS graphics, and integrating control systems
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and panel drawings
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver quality, reliable solutions
- Supporting a wide range of BMS platforms including Schneider, Honeywell, Priva, and Distech
- Upholding excellent customer service standards and professional communication
- Proven experience programming and commissioning Tridium and Trend systems
- Familiarity with additional BMS platforms such as Schneider, Honeywell, Priva, or Distech
- Strong experience in software generation and BMS graphics development
- Proficient in reading and working from electrical and panel drawings
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and applications
- Good electrical knowledge and competence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate and comfortable with modern software tools
- Customer-focused with a flexible and proactive approach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team
