We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 99-unit new-build housing development for a Housing Association in Winsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction and NHBC standards.

Key Requirements

  • Valid SMSTS certification
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Current First Aid at Work certificate
  • Proven experience managing new-build residential developments
  • Strong understanding of NHBC standards and quality requirements

On this project we are Principal Contractor and the civils subcontractor carry their own site manager and delivery team, so need someone strong enough to hold them to account on programme, quality and health and safety. Enough technical knowledge of civils and NHBC projects.
