Window Fitter – Social Housing\\n\\nLocation: Exeter, South-West, UK\\nRate: £20.00 per hour (Umbrella or CIS)\\nStart Date: ASAP\\nContract Type: Temp-to-Perm\\n\\nWe are working with a well-established Social Housing client who is currently looking to recruit an experienced Window Fitter to join their team on a retrofit scheme across properties in the Exeter area.\\n\\nRole Overview:\\n\\nYou will be responsible for the removal and installation of uPVC windows in both tenanted and void social housing properties, ensuring work is completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nProven experience fitting windows in domestic properties (uPVC preferred)\\nValid CSCS Card\\nRelevant NVQ Level 2 qualification (e.g., Fenestration Installation)\\nFull UK Driving Licence – own vehicle required\\nSocial Housing experience desirable\\nProfessional and respectful approach when working in occupied homes\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\nCompetitive pay rate of £20.00 per hour (Umbrella or CIS)\\nOngoing work with a reputable contractor\\nOpportunity to contribute to meaningful retrofit and upgrade works\\nSupportive working environmentFeel free to contact our consultant Georgia King (phone number removed)\\n\\nBuilding Careers UK are specialist in Construction and Property recruitment.
