Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join a leading social housing contractor on a temp-to-perm basis. Working across the North West, you'll be carrying out planned maintenance and refurbishment works within tenanted and void social housing properties. This role is ideal for a reliable, customer-focused operative with a strong multi-trade background who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of multi-skilled repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties.
- Complete joinery tasks including kitchen fitting, door hanging, skirting, architraves, and general repairs.
- Undertake plumbing works including repairs, replacements, and bathroom installations.
- Carry out wall and floor tiling to a high standard.
- Complete plastering and patch repairs as required.
- Work efficiently within occupied and void properties while minimising disruption to tenants.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations.
