We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Driver Labourer to join a well-established social housing contractor based in Warrington. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with experience working within the social housing sector, carrying out rip-outs and strip-out works in both tenanted and void properties across the North West. A company van and fuel card will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs in tenanted and void social housing properties.
- Remove existing fixtures, fittings, units, flooring, and associated materials safely and efficiently.
- Load, transport, and dispose of waste materials in line with company procedures.
- Support tradespeople on site as required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely while maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
- Work respectfully in occupied properties, minimising disruption to tenants.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
