Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor - NEC Health Contract

Location: Preston, Liverpool & Manchester

Salary: £400 - £550 per day

The Role: We are seeking a Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor to support an NEC Health Contract valued at £20 million across Preston, Liverpool, and Manchester. You will play a key role in managing commercial aspects of the project, ensuring cost control, risk management, and compliance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all commercial aspects of the NEC contract.
  • Prepare and issue valuations, interim certificates, and monthly cost reports.
  • Monitor project budgets, track variations, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement, change management, and claims.
