Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor - NEC Health Contract

Salary: £400 - £550 per day

The Role: We are seeking a Temporary Senior Quantity Surveyor to support an NEC Health Contract valued at £20 million across Preston, Liverpool, and Manchester. You will play a key role in managing commercial aspects of the project, ensuring cost control, risk management, and compliance with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of the NEC contract.
- Prepare and issue valuations, interim certificates, and monthly cost reports.
- Monitor project budgets, track variations, and mitigate financial risks.
- Provide expert advice on procurement, change management, and claims.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support forecasting, cost planning, and final account preparation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior QS on NEC contracts, ideally in the healthcare or public sector.
