We are currently recruiting for an experienced Communal Cleaner to work across social housing blocks in the Liverpool and Wirral areas.
The Role:
- Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within social housing blocks
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising
- Cleaning stairwells, corridors, lifts, and entrances
- Removing litter and ensuring high standards of cleanliness
- Reporting any maintenance issues or health & safety concerns
Requirements:
- Full clean manual UK driving licence
- Maximum 6 penalty points accepted
- Previous communal or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
