We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a high-quality office fit out project in Central London. Starting in January 2026 and running through to the end of the year, this £8 million scheme will transform a premium commercial workspace to exceptional design and performance standards.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, managing subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining health & safety compliance, driving programme delivery, and ensuring the project meets quality and budgetary expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Coordinate subcontractor teams, site logistics, and resources.
  • Support the Project Manager in driving the programme and resolving any on-site challenges.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager and client team.
  • Monitor works to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Manage site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and daily records.
  • Promote teamwork, continuous improvement, and uphold company values.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects, ideally within central London.
  • Strong technical knowledge of high-end finishes, M&E coordination, and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Sound understanding of construction sequencing, quality assurance, and H&S management.
  • Relevant SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications.
  • A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
