Our client are a leading construction and property developer operating throughout the UK. Projects include commercial and residential developments. They provide state-of-the-art expertise and hands-on experience, ensuring outstanding results. They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on residential projects across the North West. Projects will be valued at up to £30m. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve: Cost control and value management strategies. Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements Oversee the commercial aspects of the project Manage cash flow. Manage subcontractor payments. Provide guidance on contractual issues.
