We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the Salisbury area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work. This position is an immediate start/ TEMP position.

The Role:

  • Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
  • Fault finding and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Working independently across various properties in the Midlands
  • Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with tenants

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • PAT Testing Certificate
  • Current Certificate to BS2391 or equivalent standard in testing and inspection
  • Previous experience within social housing is highly desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
