The company is looking to appoint a commercially astute and motivated Project Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of key commercial activities, protect project margins and contribute to the successful financial delivery of its projects.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Salford, with a salary of £55,000-£65,000 plus package.
This is a predominantly post-contract commercial role, ideal for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being closely involved in project delivery and working collaboratively with project managers, site teams and the wider supply chain.
You will be responsible for managing project costs, valuations, subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts, ensuring strong commercial control throughout the construction process. Alongside your post-contract responsibilities, you will also contribute to selected pre-contract activities, including estimating, cost planning, tender reviews and procurement.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of commercial performance across a varied portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects, while continuing to develop your expertise across both pre- and post-contract functions.
