I am currently working with a housebuilder with a focus on creating quality, affordable homes that make a real difference to communities. Their developments are designed to support a wide range of buyers, from first-time buyers to growing families, downsizers, and investors. Alongside building homes, they are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the journey, ensuring buyers feel supported, valued, and confident in their decisions.
They are currently seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their team. This role is dynamic and customer-focused, with responsibilities that include providing expert sales advice, supporting clients throughout their journey, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent administration and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Selling
Achieve agreed sales targets.
Meet with clients, assess needs, and qualify leads.
Negotiate prices and terms.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties.
Carry out effective customer follow-up to maintain strong relationships.
Administration
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain and update the customer enquiry database.
Record and manage customer details at reservation stage.
Complete and distribute all required documentation accurately.
