With a strong focus on delivering quality services and maintaining effective operations, the business is looking to recruit an enthusiastic IT Graduate to support its internal IT requirements while helping strengthen its digital presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop practical IT support experience while gaining exposure to social media management, digital content creation and online brand development. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support and maintenance across an office environment supporting approximately 50-100 employees. Alongside the technical responsibilities, you will assist with the company's social media channels, website updates and digital content, helping improve online visibility and engagement. This varied position would suit a proactive, tech-savvy graduate who enjoys problem-solving, has a genuine interest in technology and social media, and is keen to develop their skills across both IT support and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities IT Support & Maintenance Maintain and troubleshoot office computers, printers, software and other IT equipment. Provide first-line technical support to staff, resolving IT issues efficiently. Assist with internet connectivity, office networks, email systems and user accounts. Support the setup and maintenance of computers, equipment and software. Assist with data backups, cybersecurity measures and general IT maintenance. Help maintain reliable IT systems to support the day-to-day running of the business. Escalate more complex technical issues where required. Keep records of IT issues, equipment and maintenance activities. Social Media & Digital Content Manage and maintain the company's social media pages across relevant platforms. Create and publish engaging content showcasing projects, services, company news and activities.
