The Role: As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a key player in managing project costs, maximizing value, and ensuring financial efficiency across all stages of construction. You'll work closely with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Analyze drawings and specifications
- Manage project financials, from tender to final account
- Monitor subcontractor performance and payments
- Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies
- Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards
What We're Looking For:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in drylining, SFS, partitions or plastering
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and financial controls

- Proficient in cost management software and MS Office
