Are you an experienced professional with a passion for property management? We\’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Property Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring properties are let efficiently, sustaining tenancies, and minimising void loss, all while delivering exceptional customer service. As a Property Assistant, you will ensure properties meet high standards and assist in various aspects of the lettings process, from conducting inspections to liaising with landlords and tenants. You\’ll also play a key role in administrative tasks, database management, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming calls and enquiries from landlords and tenants, ensuring timely resolution or redirection. Conduct pre-tenancy inventory reports, pre-checkout, and final checkout inspections. Assist property managers with administrative tasks, viewings, move-ins, and site assistance. Maintain databases, manage keys for vacant properties, and ensure lettings packs are updated. Provide excellent customer service, acting as the face of our developments. Liaise with external agencies regarding tenancies and property management matters. Resolve utility bill queries and assist with compiling reports as required. Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and preparing tenancy packs. Key Competencies & Requirements Several years of experience conducting property check-ins/check-outs and inventory completion in a lettings or sales environment. Proven track record of achieving letting targets. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication. Computer literate with experience managing databases. Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and exceptional organizational skills. Full UK driving licence and access to your own car for business use.
