With a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple schemes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from pre-start to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, RAMS, technical documentation and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards at all stages.
  • Monitor budgets, procurement, commercial performance and cost control measures.
  • Support design coordination and technical decision-making when required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience managing building envelope, façades, roofing, and cladding projects with a specialist subcontractor or similar technical discipline.
  • Excellent project planning, organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, procurement, variations and forecasting.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality and safety.
