With a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple schemes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from pre-start to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project programmes, RAMS, technical documentation and progress reports.
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards at all stages.
- Monitor budgets, procurement, commercial performance and cost control measures.
- Support design coordination and technical decision-making when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience managing building envelope, façades, roofing, and cladding projects with a specialist subcontractor or similar technical discipline.
- Excellent project planning, organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, procurement, variations and forecasting.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality and safety.
