We're working with a growing property development business in Kirkham that is looking to recruit a motivated and site Engineer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical abilities, a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality development projects.
??? The Role
- Provide engineering support across development and construction projects.
- Assist with technical assessments, site investigations and project planning.
INDC
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and technical information.
- Help identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the development process.
- Ensure engineering works comply with relevant regulations, standards and project requirements.
- Support the successful delivery of projects from initial planning through to completion.
? What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an engineering role, ideally within construction, civil engineering or property development.
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Relevant engineering qualifications or professional experience.
