Social Housing Plasterer Needed! We are looking for a Plasterer to work around the North West Area. Start Next Week, Long Term Temp Position, Rate £18 P/H CIS Key Requirements: Previous experience in social housing maintenance. Residency in close proximity to our business operations. Relevant NVQ certification or equivalent qualification in Plastering is preferred Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points. Strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Undertake various plastering tasks including patching, skimming, and full wall plastering. Perform plastering repairs and maintenance on both tenanted and void properties. Identify and rectify defects in void properties efficiently and effectively. Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
